Opt Out
Previously we had advised SU's to include opt out information in the 'Default Union Footer' for all campaigns, however recently it was pointed out that if you had a non-student type account then the link you have been using may not have worked correctly, and although it would have taken a user to your website, it wouldn't have immediately taken them to the profile page for opt out preferences.
As such we have now updated all Union Emails (non transactional emails) to include a footer which can be seen in the screenshot to the right

Staff/Guest Registration
An issue presented for Unions who allow manual registration and had listed @univ.ac.uk in the 'Student Email field for manual registration, which prevented staff registering if they were also using the same @univ.ac.uk domain.

Page Permissions from WYSIWYG
Issue occured when a user was trying to update 'Edit Permissions' for a page from the front end of a UnionCloud site, the system would hang on the 'Please wait while processing...' Meaning a user who created a new page was unable to edit it if they were only a Section Editor, rather than a CMS Administrator.
- This issue has been resolved.

File processing order
Issue with the order in which files were processed overnight if a Union upload a file, and then upload a correction, it previously processed the most recently uploaded file first, meaning it could perhaps have different action to what the union intended, these files are now processed in a FIFO order.
