Payment Declined handling
Issue with details being passed from Realex meant that purchase confirmation was sent to site twice, this meant the user was able to have two tickets for an event that has a one per user restriction. A fix for this has now been implemented

Payment Gateway Configuration
Previously with brand new sites, if the payment gateway hasn't yet been configured and a user tried to complete a purchase it would send the user to a Realex error page, due to the gateway not being configured, this has been changed to now prevent the user accessing any unconfigured payment gateway.
