Hear Codes not allowing non-unique records
HEAR Codes which are assigned to Group Committee roles, are the way of tracking which students have partaken in certain activities during their time at the SU, however they were originally setup so that every single instance of a Committee Role, had to have a Unique Code. i.e. the President from Group A, could not have the same HEAR Code, as the President from Group B which suits some unions, but not all. Other Unions informed us that all Presidents would share ONE HEAR Code, all Treasurers would share another HEAR Code etc. As such, it was updated and the HEAR Code field will now accept;
- 20 Characters
- AlphaNumeric
- the (-) hyphen character.
- This issue has been resolved.

Error Message not appearing in Member Upload
User query related to Member File upload. The document used to assign students in the system to particular groups.
User uploaded a number of students however the Error Download the following day returned a number of empty [] parentheses in the error column, instead of an appropriate error message.
After investigation this was determined that the system had no error message for when someone who is not in the system has been included in an upload to a group.
- This has been resolved, and error messages have been checked.

Minor UI Update - Typo
Typo spotted, and had been corrected on the Volunteering Module registration page.

Student Voice Module - Categories
An issue existed where if a Union had previously used a category in the SV Module, but no longer required it, they were unable to remove the categories from the Student Voice page, even after deleting all previously associated ideas.
This has now been updated, if their are no ideas related to a category, the category can be unchecked.

Event Terms & Conditions Pulling incorrect data
The Event Terms & Conditions appear to be pulling the incorrect data when you select T&C's on the Event Homepage, instead of loading the T&C's set as Default in Admin > Setup, it was loading some placeholder text from elsewhere in the website. Also, on the 'Edit Event' Screen, it would show the correct T&C's in the T&C's WYSIWYG Editor.

New Widgets not showing Add Content Button
When Edit mode was turned on, whilst viewing a Union Website, in the front end view, all Widgets should show an Add Content button, News / Events / Groups etc. To quickly add content without needing to use the Admin Dashboard section to do so. However some of the newer widgets weren't loading this correctly.
- This has now been resolved.
