Staff/Guest Registration

Issue presented where staff were unable to register on UnionCloud due to having 'Disable Guest Registration' checkbox selected, but also having 'Enable Staff Registration as Guest using University Email', we came up with a fix for this and have applied a patch

Hall Expiry Date

As a union admin I want to configure expiry date for hall members so that they can expire automatically once the expiry date is reached
Union Can now update and overwrite the expiry date on Hall Group Memberships
