Duplicate Charge on Ticket
An issue between Union Cloud, and Realex the payment gateway meant that a number of transactions via Realex were not sending a success message back to UnionCloud and meant the payment was attempted again, leading to a small number of duplicate payments.
After isolating and solving the problem and performing the refunds, the support team contacted all unions to inform them about any transactions that may have been affected.
- This issue has been resolved.

Rake Task - Student Details
Rake Task created to extract student data in specific format at request of Union, Report extracted Student Demographic Questionnaire in a different format to the original output.

Pen Test Issues
Following a Penetration test on the platform, in line with ensuring we constantly keep our security up to date the feedback returned 2 Critical issues and 1 High issue to be resolved.
These were promptly updated, as a priority.
- Administrator pages updated to be served over HTTPS
- WebService Interaction now performed over HTTPS
- Stored Cross-Site Scripting
