Representation Campaign Type

We've now added a new campaign type to Campaign Manager.
The new Representation Campaign type, will ignore a users opt in preferences, and is to be used in situations where you are required to email all of your users, updating Privacy Policy, Notifying your Members of an AGM, or an Election for example.
Don't take this Campaign Type lightly, and you should only use it as required.
