Permissions Enhancement

A collection of small Dashboard Permissions enhancements.
Previously a user with the 'Refunds' permission was unable to access the refund tool, unless they had other admin rights, as the 'Admin' tab in Dashboard was not visible to them, unless they also had other admin permissions.

• This issue has been resolved.

Added GIF image dimensions validation;

• Add dimension validation while creating/updating CMS component with Gif image.
• The image width and height should be less than 1680px and 1050px respectively.
