Purchase Abandon Issue

Issue presented whereby if a user at initiated the process of purchasing a ticket, and that ticket had an associated questionnaire, if the user reached the questionnaire, and then abandoned the purchase journey, if they later went back to try and add the item to their cart again, the system would prevent this.

Refund Transaction Fee

Refund Transaction Fees

Previously is a Union Had charged, and wanted to also refund a transaction fee on a purchase via their UnionCloud site, they had to perform the refund and send a followup email to NUS Finance requesting that the Transaction Fee was also refunded.

We've now added a Checkbox to indicate if they want this refunded too, which sends the instruction to NUS Finance Automatically, and this change is also reflected in a Union Finance Report
