Issue affected a handful of Unions, and as such they weren't receiving volunteering notification emails.

Issue affecting by Day Analytics report and preventing it from loading the graphical content, this was caused by a previous update to this section and had gone unnoticed due to the lack of elections outside of specific times of year, this was patched as soon as it was spotted.
