=== Hard Delete Usergroup ===
Request to delete all deactivated / dormant Groups from Union Cloud Admin site.
After investigation system will not do this because of the referential link between Usergroups and actions, every Group / Usergroup is tied to any Emails / Campaigns they have created, Events created, Memberships by users.
If the group was deleted the data would have no link.

As a part solution to this issue, team have updated the groups / usergroups so that after migration certain groups can be hidden on request.
