 Website was occasionally hanging on the screen to create new Dynamic Usergroups at the point of trying to save. After some investigation by the team the issue was identified and was being caused by the manner in which the site was handling the ampersand sign '<nowiki>&</nowiki>', and that when it tried to process this sign in a Dynamic Usergroup title, it caused the page to hang after clicking save while the processing image was on screen.

+Edge Case issue allowing volunteering organisations to avoid the approval process had been spotted. when an organisation registered on the union website it sent their  application off for approval, however, before approval if this organisation tries to register for an ordinary user account, using the same email address, the system would detect address was in use, and offer to send a password reset email, and once done, have an activated account. Team have put in place a process to catch any accounts that attempt this.
