New Development for Elections, this feature, if the checkbox is ticked, will automatically add Committee Members to the given Groups 'Group Administrator' User Group, at the point they are added as a committee member, this isn't just specific to Elections, But also if a user is added as a Committee Member by File Upload, or by Data Transfer also.<br/>
The caveat is that the user is added for a period of 12 months.<br/>
As this is a new behavior, by default this configuration is unticked.
