Union Cloud Support Wiki is one of several support and community sites for all members of the Union Cloud platform.

Wiki Site

In particular the Wiki site is designed to provide quick and accessible answers to users without having to look through pages and pages of documentation to find a solution to a problem. The Wiki site is based on the MediaWiki template, and takes the usual Wiki style format, we will be allowing all members of the Union Cloud Community to contribute, update and provide their own unique solutions and work-arounds, as well as correct anything they find to be wrong, or rewording things they think could be written in a more user friendly fashion.

The aim of this site is to make the Union Cloud platform an easy to use hub for all student activity, and to ensure you the users have the knowledge and tools to get the most out of it.

Other Available Support

The platform also has two other Support sites;
Get Satisfactoin

You can find this page on your own site at url: <yoursite>https://getsatisfaction.com/unioncloud

Get Satisfaction

Get Satisfaction is a community support tool, any Administrator on Union Cloud can use it to ask questions, suggest ideas, leave feedback or praise, and more. It's something of a forum, and an online community where members of the platform help answer each others questions, suggest cool ideas, or innovative uses they've found for different aspects of the platform.

Zendesk

You can find this page on your own site at url: <yoursite>https://unioncloud.zendesk.com/

Zendesk

Zendesk is the Union Cloud ticketing platform, this is for any queries that you haven't been able to resolve using the available documentation and support structures, you are able to submit tickets, and one of our agents will either get back to you with an answer, or if a little more complex, pass your query on to our Development Team for further investigation.
