Group Committee - Group Administrators
New Development for Elections, this feature, if the checkbox is ticked, will automatically add Committee Members to the given Groups 'Group Administrator' User Group, at the point they are added as a committee member, this isn't just specific to Elections, But also if a user is added as a Committee Member by File Upload, or by Data Transfer also.
The caveat is that the user is added for a period of 12 months.
As this is a new behavior, by default this configuration is unticked.

Optional/Mandatory option for Self Nomination Images
We've added a new option to Election Setup which allows an Administrator to set whether it is Mandatory for a candidate to provide a Photo at the point of self nomination, when adding candidates to an election as an Administrator from the 'Standing Candidates' tab this is always at the discretion of the administrator, as opposed to Mandatory.

Updated Fast Track Option
Added a brand new option to the Fast Track sends page 'Send to all unique users in the selected elections, where the user has not yet cast a vote'
which will send fast track links to all eligible users who have not voted in any standing of the selected elections.

Remove FastTrack checkbox
Previously there was a checkbox on an Election Setup page, that was required to be ticked if you wanted to include elections in the Fast Track screen, this was over protective and has now been removed, all elections appear in Trigger Fast Track screen, and an Administrator should select the elections they wish to send a fast track link to.
